All packages sold are non-refundable without 24-hour notice, capacity is limited. The credit card used to purchase, and the person whose name is on the credit card must be present at the club to claim the reservation. All cancellations after the 24-hour allotted time are not refundable but may be credited at the establishment’s discretion within 30-days of cancellation.

Cancelations up to 48 hours before the time of the reservation will receive a refund equal to the purchase amount minus a cancelation fee of 25%. There will be no refunds for any cancelations within 48 hours of the reservation
